Cant disable SIP

Question

Cant disable SIP

I need to delete several system files and for this it was necessary to deactivate the SIP in Recovery and reboot, which I did. The terminal shows that the SIP is deactivated, but when I try to delete files inside the kext package, the system denies me access. What should I do?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15

FWIW, certain files are protected from deletion in Catalina even with SIP disabled. Nothing you can do.

Aren't these system files? The instruction from the video tells how to delete system files through the console.
