i am trying to transfer data from my iphone 7 to a new iphone 11 and i have the ios 14 beta on the iphone 7. i cant do a backup do transfer the data because the iphone 11 doesnt have ios 14. i also don't have a macbook and i tried removing the profile but it didn't delete the actual update. what do i do?

Did you backup the iPhone 7 to a computer or iCloud before you installed the iOS 14 beta on it? If so then you should be able to restore the device with the backup from iOS 13. If not, (and I could be wrong), I think you may have to reset the device to get back to iOS 13.
For future reference, this is why Apple says to back up your device before downloading the beta profile (I am not shaming you, it happened to me before in the past haha).

No Problem! and I completely understand where you're coming from, I recently started making consistent backups haha.
If you have a computer (Mac or Windows) you can back it up there as well, that may be easier than getting additional iCloud storage (depending on your situation) as you can back up to your computer for free instead of paying for additional iCloud storage (however iCloud storage can truly come in handy for various situations haha).

Hi! Thank you for the answer! I didn’t back up my phone often because I don’t think I had enough iCloud storage. So I am just stuck with a new phone. I will always make sure my backups happen now😁
