ECG in South Africa

I was really pleased to see that the ECG functionality in South Africa was listed as part of the latest Apple watch upgrade 6.2.8. However, having done the upgrade I still can’t activate ECG. Was there a mistake here?

Hi Joseph. Many thanks for taking time to reply to my query. The latest watch update specifically listed South Africa for ECG. Having done the update I find that I still can't use ECG and South Africa is not listed on the link that you have given above. I had hoped to clear up this confusion.
