Reminders lists not visible on icloud.com

I've reviewed quite a few threads on this community site regarding how reminders lists are no longer visible using icloud.com. On my iOS devices, they show up fine (although sorted in different ways). In iCloud.com, however, I only see one list, regardless of browser used. It seems nobody has found a solution to this. I upgraded to the latest version on iOS, I've tried everything suggested in https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203521. Alas, no luck. Can someone please share their solution based on actual experience?
