I bought a airpod 1 generation on 2018 june in 2019 october my airpods are disconnecting automatically from my ipad,phone and macbook then i saw the help option on apple.com i tested in but its not working aswell so what I shall do next

I had bought a 1st generation apple airpord in the year 2017(June). It was working froperly till Sepetember then it was disconnecting automatically from my apple and android device then I saw help guideline then I tried from then to now on november 2019 I went to apple care in bhubeneswar odisha then the person said me to give a complain in apple.com now I am Giving a complain now please tell me the solution please tell me please
