AirPods not working

Just got my AirPods this week and already the left one isn’t working. I’ve tried disconnecting and connecting again and forgetting the device and resetting the AirPods. Can anyone help

AirPods will not work I bought AirPods in November of this year and the right one stopped working. I tried to reset them and now neither one will work. Please fix or replace. thank you!
