Mail v13 to setup POP3 account

Hello, is there anyway to setup or add POP3 mail account? It seems like the defualt is IMAP.

Any assistance will be appreciated.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

In order to manually configure an email account, you have to put garbage in for the username and password. It will fail to connect and allow you to configure it manually.
