5 yr old TV bully

I cant figure it out. My 5yr old evil genius keeps pairing the phone or ipad with our smart tv and then gets mad because what she was watching is no longer available on her screen. My husband who was at that moment watching the footy game is screaming in terror about some cartoon stealing his soul. (its how I heard it.

She is Autistic and for some reason the pairing tv symbol is on the screen on both Youtube kids and Netflix kids. You would think if you have to put in a pin for them or can lock content you can lock tv pairing. HELP
