I received a new phone from Apple. Icloud does have my latest pictures/videos, but when I restore my new phone, it only loads pictures from 2 years ago. Same with the apps.
How do I restore my phone the way I had it before receiving this new phone?
Did you leave the new device plugged in and connected to WiFi? Depending on the size of the library, it will take a while for the data to upload/sync to the device.
