iCloud Hacked and Phone Duplicated to mirror

my icloud was compromised and hacked to the point that every text call password change and email the hacker is aware of what can i do to end this. I have two factor authentication and he’s also able to see the codes how can I stop him or remedy the problem?

Hacker has my cell phone number Only way for me to get rid of hacker and save it from changing all my passwords and eventually getting into all my accounts and taking over everything just like it did with my Facebook, it hacked into my Facebook pretended to be me that’s how it got my cell phone and email and started making different emails with my name. ICloud hacked, cant verify to unlock On June 12 I received a notice that someone had signed into my iCloud acct. I went into my settings and changed the email and password. The old acct email is what still pops up but is locked. The phone # was changed so I can’t get any further. I didn’t have 2 factor id but now it says on that same day it was activated. Help???
