MBP screen hinge loose

Hello I have a MBP 2019 13 inch, I left it in a laptop table in my bed and the laptop table was inclined by 90 degrees with my mac on it since I was using it while laying down the bed but I left it for a while and then it fell with the screen wide open and it fell downwards. Now I feel like the screen hinge became loose, opening it felt a little bit harder and closing it felt a little bit softer. Right now it is still good and it honestly feels like nothing happened unless you try to close the screen slowly. Should I worry about it? And what can i do?

The newer Macs are very thin & fragile with very little tolerance between the display and the rest of the laptop's base. Most likely the corner of the display is bent or dented or possibly the hinge itself is slightly bent or skewed. If you look closely at the pivot point when opening or closing the display you may see where it is binding. Unfortunately if this causes a problem, then you will need to get the Display replaced. While I've been able to carefully file high spots to allow more freedom of movement, but this isn't easy to do especially without taking the laptop apart since there is so little room to work with a file. I don't recommend anyone attempting this since it is easy to cause more damage.

hello, i am still bale to use my mac fine and you would not really notice that the hinge slightly became loose unless you very slowly close it which i do not do on a daily basis. If i open and close it in normal way (i mean not very slow) it still works perfectly fine. Should i still consider having it repaired especially my country is on a quarantine
