Support Call only goes to voicemail

I have been trying to get a support call back, but my phone does not ring. It only goes to voice mail and says "We tried to reach you, but we will try back in 10 to 15 minutes." Then the same thing happens in 10 to 15 minutes, but it says "This is our last attempt..."

In Settings > Phone scroll down and temporarily turn Silence Unknown Caller off.
