My phone is stuck on IOS14

Hi I downloaded the IOS14 beta and when I attempted to remove it I still had the beta and the profile had gone from my settings leaving me stuck on this version.

can I get help with this?

IOS 14 I had the beta profile for ios 14, however when i try to delete the beta profile there is no profile option in general. Anyways I tried to update ios 14 on my phone and i accepted the terms and agreement and then it just freezes and won't update. I tried updating through my pc and it says the iphone is up to date but I still have the ios 14 download in my general software update.

Trying to uninstall iOS 14 beta. Phone doesn’t give the option to remove profile in settings and the pop up comes up to install latest update. Have already done a phone rest but pop up still comes up. Not sure what else to try.
