phone keeps locking up and have to restart in order to use.. talked to my insurance company and they tell me this is a known issue with the 10x and should deal direct with apple..

my 10x keeps locking up and i have to turn off and on to proceed, talked to my isnruance comapny and they tell me this is a known issue with the 10x and i need to deal direct with apple even if off warranty.
