Merge 2 iTunes accounts

Somehow I managed to create two Apple IDs. One of them is my main one, however the other seems to be the main account for iTunes and have downloaded from that account. I just got the iPhone 11 and want to streamline these two accounts into one. Please advise. Thank you

You can not merge accounts but you might want to set up Family Sharing, where you can share purchases and subscriptions
