Can my phone get hacked by clicking on a link preview?

Hi, I was recently on https://haveibeenpwned.com/ to see if my personal information had been revealed somewhere. It was, so I clicked clicked on a link to see the preview of the page of the site where my information had been revealed. When I clicked on the preview, it "glitched" until I closed it, leaving me wondering if I had just put my iPhone at risk of hacking. Can my phone be hacked by clicking on a link preview? Is there any additional ways I can protect myself from this?
