Ipad Mini 4 Black screen after Update

Hello,

I recently updated my IPad mini 4 (WiFi) for the IpadOS (13.6..) after the update when i try to use or even if i keep it idle the device started to go into black-screen.

I tried to connect it to the power adapter & PC also but no display(only apple logo for a sec)

but if i try Hard rest (power +Home combo) then display would come up and once i start using it for over 4-7 min again its going black screen.

I even did restored the iPad from PC and updated it to the latest OS, erased everything from he device.

Please help?
