Dragging podcasts to iPod

I want to manually drag and drop various podcast episodes to my iPod.

Is it possible with these new Apps?

On the old iTunes I could do this without any problem.

Now I can't.

I open Podcasts app. Download an episode I want. I find it in the section Downloaded.

I try to drag the episode to my iPod on Music app but nothing happens.

Do you know where downloaded podcast episodes are kept?

I try to find the downloaded episode as .mp3 file on my computer, but I can't find it. I can drag and drop mp3 files to my iPod.

I don't want to use Automatic podcast syncing option because I have subsribed to lots of podcasts and I usually put only three or four of them to my Podcast manually.

Why Apple didn't manage to do everything simple and convenient to a simple user? :(

No need to reply. I found the solution.

I could drag downloaded episodes from Podcasts to Desktop and from there to Music, to my iPod playlist.

I hate these new changes with iTunes Apps :)
