iPad iCloud

1. So my iPad was was connected to WiFi,on charge and locked but when I try to back it up,it says it will only back up when it is connected to WiFi,on charge and locked.Did that,no back up still.When it loads,it says “Last back up:”when it is done loading it goes back to the same WiFi,charge thing.I have storage.But when I check in my ID it says 1 back but 0 KB.

Have you tried manually triggering the iCloud backup?

Settings > [Your Name / AppleID] > iCloud > iCloud Backup > Back Up Now
