phone calls and text are from icloud not my cell phone number

People ask me, why are you sending me text through your icloud email account? I say I'm not. Every since I downloaded the latest software 13.5.1 text messages and phone calls are send and receive via the icloud. How can I receive and send text messages and phone calls using my phone number? I contacted Apple and my streaming services/internet provided (no cable) and the issue has not been resolved. When I access the iMessages both my iCloud email and phone number are listed to send and receive messages however only the iCloud email option is checked.

Any suggestions you can offer will be appreciated.
