Why are my text messages not being sent to a contact's phone number? They are going to their email address.

Sounds like you’re sending them an iMessage using their Apple ID.

Start a new thread using their phone number.

Text messages. Hi. I’m having issues receiving text messages from 1 or 2 of my contacts. They are receiving my messages but I’m not getting theirs back. Any suggestions out there. Barry
