Should the issue be only when the headphones are paired and connected, see if the steps under "If your microphone doesn't work" section of If your headphones don't work with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support help, followed by unpairing, then repairing, the headphones. If the issue continues after that, you'll need to get in touch with JBL: JBL Support - Contact.
If the issue is occurring with the internal mics on your iPhone (and not with the Bluetooth headphones), we suggest the steps outlined in If the microphones on your iPhone aren't working - Apple Support. Should you still be unable to use the phone's built-in microphones, you will need to get in touch with Apple Support: Get Support.
