My microphone for phone calls doesn’t work

I cleaned the ports

I turned off Bluetooth devices

volume turned up

We do not know which iPhone model you are using for phone calls, or which iOS version is installed.

It may be a network or reception issue that your service provider may be able to help with.


You might want to check you do not have "Do Not Disturb" or "Airplane Mode" turned on,

and

are not restricted by "Screen Time" settings.

and

you could try turning off "Low Power" mode if you have it turned on, and see if that makes any difference

(ie: see if there is any difference in hearing and being heard on a call)
