Transferring Voice Memos (and preserving metadata)

I would like to transfer my voice memos from my iPhone to a file folder on my Mac while preserving the metadata.

IF I use iTunes to sync, THEN I lose the title I gave the memo once I drag the file from the iTunes library to the designated folder.

IF I use AirDrop, THEN I get to keep the modified date, but I lose the creation date.

What am I doing wrong? (All software is up to date.)
