How do I stop the Touch Bar from constantly asking me to "Configure in Extensions Preferences"

I am in the process of setting up a new MBP, I have already setup the Touch Bar. I would like the Touch Bar to remain blank till it is needed. However it keeps Displaying "Configure in Extensions Preferences" regardless of which app I am in. When I want to reduce the volume Dim the screen etc. the Control Strip disappears and the above message is Constantly there.

Thoughts? Suggestions on how to manage this?

Figured it out, it's in the settings if you choose to enable App Controls and the App on the screen is not setup to use the Touch Bar the "Configure in Extensions Preferences" message will remain on the Touch Bar. UI/UX and Code issue, it would be good for logic to be built in which Automatically disables the message in Instances where the App is not compatible or the option does not exist for the Configuration to take place. Small touches like these can make the Touch Bar an incredibly handy and powerful tool
