How can I find any public playlists on Apple Music if I don't any have "See what your friends are listening to"-like button neither on iPhone nor on my Mac? I want to be able to find either my friends' playlists or anybody else's.

Sorry kiirequeen. Apple Music is not like Spotify so if you want to make a public playlist for look at others get a Spotify subscription.
I think I didn't get myself quite right. As far as I understood from this article https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT207948 one can set up their profile so that can see their friends' audios as well as created playlists. The problem is that I don't have the button that is required to turn on this function. Maybe this depends on a region?
I love in England and I never get the option to see friends playlists on Apple Music.
