have I phone x and its front portrait camera is not blurry nor the face id is working what is the problem please?

To clarify, the front facing camera is working correctly, but Face ID doesn't work? Face ID doesn't use the same sensor that the regular camera does. See this support article:

If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro
