Adding Page to Classic Newsletter

Hi. I'm creating a newsletter and I'm trying to add a page but I cannot.

When I try to duplicate that specific page by pressing cmd&d, it duplicates both pages.

Could you possibly let me know can I duplicate one particular page. Thanks
