iPhone message says storage is full in red. In iCloud storage has plenty of space remaining and Optimize storage is selected. If I delete photos and videos and messages - will I loose them or they can I access them from icloud storage?

Let me answer your question directly first - You WILL lose the pictures and videos if you delete them from your iPhone. You will lose them on iCloud. iCloud is a sync service and therefore will sync with exactly what you have on your iPhone. You have optimize storage selected and therefore I want to ask if it made any difference at all to create space on your iPhone. It should have released space back to your iPhone but it won't happen immediately. It takes time to optimize the photos on your iPhone depending on how many you have. Keep an eye on it.

iCloud storage doesn't add storage to your iPhone. Yes, if you delete photos, videos, etc. they will be removed from iCloud.
iphone memory is full and in icloud Optimize iPhone storage is selected, but still the message stays on. Lot more space is remaining on icloud.
