Have I been hacked?

I apologize in advance if my question seems dumb or isn't supposed to be here, but I have some concerns about my phone privacy.

In my iPhone data Analytics Diagnostics I've found

I do not recognize neither this ADAM_STORE app name/process nor it's path. I have more .ips files from different days containing similar diagnostics from the same ADAM STORE but with the 'Identifiers' and 'Coalition' from my bank apps.

Can someone explain if I have been hacked or filled with spyware?

Thank you very much

iPhone 6, iOS 12

Thanks for your help and fast reply.

I have never jailbroken my device, I also bought it brand new from the official store and restored many times.

However, I'm afraid someone could have done something, as one weird ADAM STORE, that I've never seen before, appears in the app paths

/private/var/containers/Bundle/Application/#long_number/ADAM_STORE.app/ADAM_STORE

What is it? Will it be deleted if I restore my device?

Thanks again for your support.
