6 months in as an iPhone user after years of Android, and I’ve had so many problems I never had before. The latest is that my iPhone 11 won’t hold sleep mode. I’ve tried switching on/off rise to wake and rebooting a few times, but it’s still a problem.

Ensure the Auto-Lock setting is configured appropriately, as outlined in the following article: Set a passcode on iPhone - Apple Support
"Change when iPhone automatically locks
Go to Settings 
> Display & Brightness > Auto-Lock, then set a length of time."
If the Auto-Lock setting isn't following what you've configured, then test the behavior after removing any screen protector or case that may be on your iPhone.
