Authorizing New Computer

I deauthorized my previous computers, and trying to authorize new computer but its telling my I already have 5 computers authorized. when I go to authorization screen, I only have 3 devises listed. Does it take time to deauthorizations to take effect?

Deauthorizing my old computers I just bought a new computer and can't authorize it because I've run out of authorizations. I no longer have have my old computers so I can't use them for the deauthorization. Is there a way I can do it without them.
