Finder Tags showing 3 times
On Imac Late 2013
Finder is really slow and showing tags 3 times.

Finder is not wrong. You have tagged folders named offers in multiple locations, which could be nested, or elsewhere on your drive. Finder will not permit same named items in the same folder location.
Another way of viewing this is to click the magnifying glass icon (Spotlight) on the right menu bar, and enter the following in the Spotlight panel:
kind:folder tag:green name:offer
As you select each found folder, press the command ⌘ key to see the path to its location.
