Full Disk Access smbd, sshd, Numbers, Seagate, Malwarebytes and zoom
Should I allow these apps full disk access: smbd, sshd, Numbers, Dropbox, Malwarebytes Protection, Seagate Dashboard and zoom?

smbd - that's for sharing files with Windows users. Is this something you want or need to do?
sshd - why do you want that to have full disk access? It enables remote login. Is that something you want or need to do?
Numbers -- I have Numbers, it works fine without full disk access
Dropbox - needs full disk access for certain functionality to work
Malwarebytes Protection - needs full disk access for certain functionality to work
Seagate Dashboard -- not sure what this is or why it needs full disk access
Zoom -- Zoom has notable security vulnerabilities, I would not give it full disk access
In general, I would not give full disk access to a anything unless you know it is needed.
