Deleted Launch Agent/Daemons by accident computer wont start. Looking for Terminal commands.

Whats up everyone I accidentally deleted all my Launch Daemon/Agent contents from my folder. Ran diagnostics on terminal the computer is "ok." I need to figure out the commands to get into the Admin or launch admin user from my terminal. Does anyone have a link? I found one years ago that allowed me to launch users through terminal but can't seem to find it. Im getting the grey spinnny wheel screen on start up. Thanks for the links or any help! 2009 macbook pro running OSX.

My suggestion was for the deletion of unknown Launch Daemons/Agents. If they are macOS items, then reinstalling macOS over top of itself is the easiest & most reliable way of fixing the issue. If those items were for third party apps, then reinstalling those apps should also resolve your problem.

Or you can restore from a backup made before the deletion of those files.
