I’m really mad at the apple store I try to download something anything and it won’t let me. I have to update my payment option for something that it’s free and when I update it it will charge me 33 dollars. It has done it too me already like 3 or 4 times and this time I’m not going to update it because I don’t want the App Store to keep stealing money from me. I’m really mad and disappointed.

You have to verify your payment method so Apple knows it is an active method and can charge you if needed.
You should not be charged for this, they might take a small sum of £1 / $1 at most and refund it straight away.

The thing is that it has done it like three or four time and every time it takes $32 not $1 and I don’t get refunded
I just updated my payment and got charge $17
