iPhone totally died after using Apple support to reload iTunes music. Won’t switch off

iTunes music playlists disappeared off iphone 7, then reloaded iTunes, didn’t work. Called Apple support, got very nasty and rude person who ran screen share on it. She sneered at my iPhone 7 then at my connectivity. I did everything she told me to do but then phone started froze when downloading music that she told me to do, call ended unexpectedly. Now I can’t access my phone at all. I need it STAT because elderly Mum is ill and I need to reach her. I can’t afford to buy a new one. Please can someone help me STAT as I’ve no working phone at all now.

Many thanks,

Trish

Hey there PleasehelpmeSTAT,

Thanks for taking the time to reach out with all the details. Based on your post it sounds like your iPhone is completely unresponsive. We're happy to assist.

Are you able to force restart the device to test? To do this press and hold both the Top (or Side) button and the Volume Down buttons until you see the Apple logo. The article below is a great resource. Keep us updated.

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen

Cheers!
