Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT

Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

My Apple ID is disabled

My Apple ID days it’s disabled but it’s not a password issue but a payment issue how do I fix this? I have put In new card information and then I am prompted that my account has been disabled please advise.

If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support.
