i want to change the earphone because i’m unable to change the earphones due covid situation we are facing same situation from May 2020 but now my warranty period expired on 02/07/2020.. Service center also not available at Aligarh

Please can you remove the screenshot of your invoice as it contains personal information which anyone who could get access to the internet could potentially access?
