What do I do? Never used apple tv before some im totally new at this.
It appears you may be using a Fire TV device to access the Apple TV app.
You can’t subscribe or make purchases for Apple services on Fire TV devices. There is currently no agreement between Amazon and Apple about in-app purchases on each other’s devices.
You will have to do the purchasing part (buy, rent, subscribe) on a different device, then when done, you can view this purchased content through your Fire TV device.
I added the apple tv app and am on a 7 day free trial. We watched one movie and now when we go to watch something else on apple TV it says in app purchases aren't allowed on this device. You must have purchased or rented on a apple device.tv
