Batter started draining while plugged-in even when there was no significant use of any apps. It happened several days after i upgraded to Catalina 10.15.5. went apple service provider and they changed motherboard and power board but still having the same problem. Any suggestions ? I'm using MBA 2019, relatively new.Thanks!

then i have turned off the setting called Battery health management in system preference, charge was constant on 100%. then nearly one hour layer i turned on the setting back, again it started to drop
If the repair was not satisfactory, you need to take your notebook back to get them to "make things right." You may need to discuss this with their management, if required.
yes, once it reaches 90%, again it starts charging
While using the computer and attached to the charge circuit, allow the battery level to drop below 90%. Does charging restart at that point? This appears to be the new normal, or at least with my MacBook Air after a recent update.
