I cannot toggle wifi on since updating my iPad.

Anyone else have this problem, and what can I do about it? The wifi toggle switch is grayed out and will not allow me to turn it on. I'm able to connect other devices to wifi, so it's not my router. And I've tried resetting the iPad network settings. Nothing seems to work. The iPad is basically useless because it will not backup to iCloud, I cannot send messages or get email, and I can't get on the internet.

Suggestions?
