unknown error 0xE8000065

Trying to restore old iphone 6s to factory settings. Keep connecting to itunes. Won't progress. Talked to Apple Care 2 or 3 times already. Finally, today got the error message "unknown error occurred (0xE8000065). Any idea what I should do??

In the process of restoring the phone, there is always an error I have an iphone 6 I have been trying to restore to factory settings through connecting to the apple store. When I plug in my device everything pops up fine, but in the process of restoring the phone, there is always an error that occurs. This error keeps me from restoring my phone and I have been trying for three weeks now. The ECID is ****. The Serial Number is *****.
