I can't empty trash? Help me.

I try to empty my trash but it not fully empty. How I do it?

MacBook Pro 13″, OS X 10.11

Enter in SAFE MODE and then empty the trash folder. Here is how-

Turn OFF your MacBook Pro completely by clicking on the Apple icon (TOP LEFT on Menu Bar) and choosing Shut Down.

Enter ➔ Safe Mode as shown in that link and empty the trash folder in Safe mode.

Log out of Safe Mode and then reboot computer.
