Audio from one channel only

I have an iPhone 11 and have bought a 'Lightning to Jack' lead to use with headphones. The audio is only working in the left channel. I have used the accessories with another iPhone and all is working as expected. I cannot contact the phone provider in the present circumstances and would appreciate any help that might be available. Thanks.

Check your sound balance (not using your accessory nor you hedphones, but putting your sound on speakers) going to Settings>Accessibility>Hearing>Audio/Visual....

If it's on the middle, try to gently move it to right or left, then restart your iPhone and test it (Sound must come from the bottom right speaker AND from the earpiece).

If it works, connect your accessory (assuming it's original or MFI certified) and your headphones.

If the issue still persists, your iphone's charging port could be dirty.

Please let me know how it goes.

Regards
