When I press “get” to download an app from App Store, the icon starts to spin and nothing happens, it keeps spinning forever. I already tried to log in in my Apple ID again, but I got the same result.
Does anyone know how to fix it?

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
