my watch won’t make calls
it’s shows me failed call on the watch
but with iPhone I don’t have any problem I tried to reset the watch and the iPhone unpair and repair
somebody have answer for that??
freaks me out

Are you in an area where the cell service is weak/boarder line? I get that sometimes in area that my iPhone 11 has no issues but my Series 5 Watch will. If you swipe up on any Watch face you will see the control panel. The cellular symbol should be green - meaning it is connected to your carrier - and there should be anywhere from one to four green dots above it in the upper left hand corner.
You can try the instructions of doing a hard reset of the watch that Javaliga mentioned (Hold the Digital Crown and the Side Button together until you see the Apple Logo and see if that helps.
