My new MacBook is always hot!

My brand new MacBook Pro has been getting extremely hot every time I use it. I’ve only used it 3 times since I got it and every time it immediately gets hot to the touch. I’ve checked my applications through the activity monitor and nothing is taking up a large percentage of usage. Also, since I just got my Mac, I don’t see why it would be a dust or dirt issue. Please help!
