I'm looking for the User Guide or Manual for the Preview App - osMojave.
Searches on the Apple site didn't produce any results.
Where do I find the manual for Preview App?

iMac 27″, macOS 10.14
While in Preview, select Help > Preview Help. Click "Table of Contents". Is as close to a manual as you'll find.

Preview has likely changed so insignificantly between Mojave and Catalina that either of Kappy's or Foxfifth's links would serve as the only practical Preview "manual" available. Holding out for better documentation is simply futile.
You can always ask in the Mojave community about how to do something in Preview, and receive help in that manner too.
