Adjust volume on airpods pro when synced with PC laptop

Hi. I purchased a pair of airpods pro for use with my iphone 7 and surface laptop 3. They pair well with my laptop for music and streaming, however today during a zoom meet I couldn't adjust the volume coming through the airpods. I tried disconnecting, reconnecting through the bluetooth settings, using the computer and master volume controls, as well as "hey siri," and nothing allowed me to change the volume. I adjusted the volume in the zoom app itself, but had to turn it all the way to lower the volume just slightly (still way too loud to use the buds)? Again, not an issue last night when streaming video... Thanks for any recommendations.

Hello kejasphin,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

From reading your post, it appears your AirPods Pro are having issues adjusting the volume using Zoom on your Surface Laptop 3, correct? We're here to help you take a look in to that!

It sounds as you have done the troubleshooting of unpair and pairing the AirPods Pro back to the PC laptop. Let's walk through a complete reset the AirPods Pro. If the issue persists, we would encourage you to reach out tp Microsoft Support and Zoom Support for further assistance:

Reset your AirPods

Hopefully this helps!
